StreamX is only a video player and playlist manager.

StreamX:

• does not provide or host any content

• does not include pre-loaded channels, links, streams, or EPG

• does not promote or encourage illegal streaming

• works only with user-supplied playlists (M3U, Xtream Codes, etc.)

Any service claiming partnership with StreamX is not affiliated with us.

Users are entirely responsible for the content they load and must ensure all material is legal and properly licensed.

StreamX acts quickly on valid copyright complaints and may restrict or disable access if necessary.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to both.

If any conflict exists between this Agreement and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA takes priority.

App Description

StreamX is a playlist-based IPTV player available for:

• iOS

• iPadOS

• macOS (Catalyst)

• tvOS

StreamX:

• does not supply content

• is designed strictly for legal, user-owned, or licensed media

The user is fully responsible for verifying the legality of all streams.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property related to the StreamX application (design, branding, UI, code) is owned exclusively by [COMPANY NAME] FZ-LLC.

• StreamX does not own, control, or take responsibility for any user-added content.

User-Generated Content

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any content you load, display, or stream using StreamX.

• StreamX does not endorse or review the content accessed through user playlists.

User Guidelines

You agree to:

• use only legal, licensed, or personally owned content

• not stream or link to pirated or copyrighted material without permission

• obey regional laws and copyright regulations

• avoid any misuse, reverse engineering, or illegal activity

StreamX supports responsible and legal use of IPTV technology.

Infringement & Reporting Procedure

If you believe material accessed through StreamX infringes your intellectual property rights, contact: contact@streamx-app.com

Required information should include:

• proof of ownership

• URLs or playlist entries involved

• description of the violation

StreamX may immediately:

• disable sync

• block specific playlist entries

• restrict access

• cooperate with authorities

Actions may occur without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

StreamX is designed to store data on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
We do not collect personal information.

1. iCloud Sync (CloudKit)

StreamX uses Apple’s secure CloudKit service to sync:

• playlists (if the user enables sync)

• backup configurations

• device preferences

• multi-device sync settings

All CloudKit data is:

• associated only with your Apple ID

• stored in your personal iCloud storage

• not accessible to StreamX or [COMPANY NAME]

StreamX does not store or receive any personal data from iCloud.

2. Anonymous Diagnostics

To improve performance, we may receive:

• anonymized crash reports

• technical event logs

• device type and OS version data

These contain no personal information and cannot identify you.

3. In-App Purchases

StreamX uses Apple’s in-app purchase system.

We do not receive:

• your Apple ID

• your payment details

• your personal information

Apple verifies subscription status, and RevenueCat may process anonymous entitlement states.

Data Sharing

StreamX does not share personal data with third parties.

Data may pass through essential service providers:

• Apple (iCloud, App Store, Analytics)

• RevenueCat (subscription validation)

• Firebase

All third parties meet strict privacy and security standards.

Data Retention

• All synced data remains in the user’s iCloud until deleted manually.

• StreamX holds no personal data on external servers.

• Crash logs may be retained temporarily for debugging.

You may clear all StreamX data at any time through iCloud settings.

User Rights

You may:

• delete StreamX iCloud data

• uninstall the App

• request information or assistance at any time

Major changes will be communicated through the App Store listing or within the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
